Every module in Opterion-IT came from a conversation with someone running one. The founding team sits in on onboarding for every customer — not because it scales forever, but because the product is better for it, and the customers know they are heard.
Our principal developer lived through the same experiences. Faced with the same questions about which software to use — and finding nothing that quite fit — he decided to build his own. Opterion-IT is the result of years of continued evolution, shaped by real organisations with real problems.
